The aluminum alloy CNC operation workshop of AUOK Hardware Factory covers an area of about 2000 square meters, and its layout reasonably considers logistics, human flow and information flow to ensure production efficiency and safety. The main functional area includes CNC machine tool area, raw material warehouse, semi-finished product warehouse, finished product warehouse and auxiliary facilities area, such as electrical control room, tool room, rest room, etc. Complete equipment configuration, including CNC lathes, CNC programming equipment, measuring instruments, CNC tools and electrical control systems.

Our process flow
Raw material acceptance: Strict acceptance of aluminum alloy raw materials to ensure that their quality meets standards.
Processing PREPARATION: according to the production plan, prepare the required CNC machine tools, tools, measuring tools, etc.
Nc programming: According to the part drawings, NC programming, generate machining procedures.
Machining: The machining program is entered into the CNC machine tool to start the machining process.
Inspection: The processed parts are strictly inspected to ensure that the quality is up to standard.
Finished product storage: the qualified products are stored in the finished product warehouse, and the unqualified products are reworked or scrapped.
